Trawick Prize Celebrates 10 Years, Wants Your Vote
To celebrate 10 years of Bethesda’s Trawick Prize, the Bethesda Arts & Entertainment District is putting the best in show winners from each year up for a vote.
The awards, established by and named after philanthropist Carol Trawick in 2003, are a juried competition of contemporary paintings, photographs and sculpture work, on display in the Bethesda Urban Partnership’s Gallery B (7700 Wisconsin Ave., Suite B.) through the month of September.
A jury will sit down to determine a $10,000 “best of the best” winner from the last 10 years. The organization is also partnering up with Bethesda Magazine to offer a $1,000 “People’s Choice” award winner, which can be voted on here.
